HEART-BASED INTELLIGENCE

Attributes: courage, compassion, and communication.

The intelligence in the heart encourages us to adopt the practice of courage, compassion, and care and use them to communicate and connect with all other life forms in our environment. It guides us to what is appropriate to say or do in moments of need and allows us to connect and communicate in often unspoken ways and to bond with people, animals, and places in ways that cannot be described by words or rational thought. This center of wisdom prompts us to ask the questions, such as: “Is my life filled with beauty? Do I love what I do? How can I discover my joy? What would I do if I were not afraid? Am I bringing the best of myself to my life and the world?”

VISIONARY POWER

Attributes: imagination, visionary certainty, and creative possibility.

The third level of intuitive intelligence is found in the mystical and often misunderstood power of extrasensory perception (ESP), expanded spiritual vision, lucid dreaming and other elevated psychic events. This is the level of intuition where extraordinary solutions, alternate ways of doing things, and groundbreaking new ideas are commonplace. When this center of wisdom is active it guides us to ask questions such as: “What do I see as a solution or possibility? Is there something I am overlooking? What dreams do I have for my future that I haven’t given myself permission to make into reality?”

Mindfulness Meditation helps you to grasp the totality of life. It helps you to understand the conditioned patterns, belief systems, and memory are not living, but dead moments already. It is the realization that true living can only be lived in a freedom that moves with the current of Creation — forever open to each moment teaming with new potential.

No Longer a Prisoner of Thought

As I stepped outside of my thoughts, I saw them as the thoughts of my culture, my father, my mother, those who lived in my immediate vicinity.

I started to cling less and less to the persona that I called my personality. With insight, i was free to be. I could understand my life and which way I need to go.

Mindfulness Meditation and quiet contemplation moved me to the next evolutionary shift that we humans must make.

It is the one thing that will push Humanity forward from this stuck-on maintaining the status quo.

I turned around and look directly at my life and saw that I could transform myself and meet the challenge before me. It has been my mission to transform education ever since I entered the arena in 1992.

After leaving my fulltime job as an educator in 2001, I  began to see the slow decline in Democracy that we see on a national level.

This loss of purpose is directly related to the decline of the educational function of schools as a vehicle to transform the life of the child.

Transformation

I live from my Highest Self
At home in the Buddha land
Each and Everyone
Has Awakened to their
Eternal “State of Being”,

I am alive in my own skin,
At Peace.

A light into the world,
Illuminating all the “Dark Matter”,
As it folds into it Self
And birth a “New Star”…

Transforming the negative
Into a positive force
That moves across the surface of the earth
Carving a Pathway to the Sun.

Mindfulness Journal
At Home in Nature

A retreat into the vast inner realm of life.
There you’ll find an ocean of possibilities.
An acre of Greenland stretching out in front of you.

In the air a breeze of jasmine.
Sounds prick your earlobes with a sweet lullaby.

You go in a little deeper.
As if passing through the doorway cleanses your heart.

To its’ purest form.
You are like a baby,
Alive to everything around you.

A calm settles over you
Like a warm and soft blanket.
That blocks out the darkness
That you have carried for a lifetime.

Such a sweet release.

Your body a little lighter.
Each step a careful maneuver
Onto the soft wet grass.
Small strands tickle your toes.

You are at Home.
A slight wink from the sun
Opens your heart.

Filling you completely.
Joy seep out of your pores
As a profuse sweat.

Light surrounds you
You are loved and protected
In the arms of Mother Nature.

Fear, the immobilizer
Grips the Mind.
Floods the senses with panic.

Your heart races,
The Mind
Imagines
All manners of harm.

You have lost all control.

We humans
With an ancestry DNA
Feel the fear
Of long ago.

Which has been passed down
Through your genes.

Like a monkey
Trapped in a corner
He senses danger
When the
Lion is out on the prowl..

Mindfully looking at fear
With a different perspective
Brings a mindful response.

There is nothing good or bad
But thinking
Makes is so…

Let go of the stress

Bring your awareness
To the sounds.

Focus on the hear and now.
Rather pain or pleasure
Go into the now.

Bring a loving awareness,
Do not run away
Or medicate.
Feel in.
Watch it
Like staring into the clouds.

Observe from a distance
See, hear, feel.
Awash in your senses
Makes you truly alive.

As the storm subside.
Make sense of what you’ve experienced,
With clarity and wisdom.

Learn to live in the pain
Rather that focus
On it all of the time.

Like an iceberg, most of what you are is submerged below the surface.

If you look closer through a clear mirror you will see.

I gaze through the crystal blue lake and see the massive ice chunk under the blue.

If you look only at the surface you will never see the beauty of the inner world.

Under the sea, deep in a cavern below is where exotic creature live.

In the unconscious mind, which is summered inside of you houses the mysteries of the world. Like taking an expedition through the many layers of the earth. To reveal the core. The hot molten lava, churning. A fire burns inside of you like a hunger. You feed it many things, but not what it really wants. This unconscious mind wants you to discover its secrets. Take a look and see the brilliance. Like looking at the night sky. Millions of tiny stars twinkle. All universes onto themselves. You are a micro of the great universe. Stop acting small. Understand every thought, deed and word is held in the unconscious, even the events of the world, which is a collective unconscious. Split apart the large mountain into tiny rocks, look at them under a microscope to determine what they are. You have power to remake your life and the world.

We are constantly bombarded;

thrown in a storm of emotions;

filled with sorrow.

Looking for Peace.

A peace that settles your mind

Steady you steps

Even though

They are uneven.

This winter seasons

Locked inside

Trying to stay warm.

Is the time

To

Go inside yourself

To see.

What at other times

Was not Visable

During the

You will find

Safety and Security

As you begin to unfural,

Let down your guards.
