A Source of Creative Expression, Deep Connection & Transformation

This Mandala symbolism was first created by Carl Jung a noted psychologist and he began to explore the unconscious.

Creating a Mandala is a way for a person to strengthen the connective bond between themselves and the natural world and bring into the conscious mind that which is hides where it can then be examined.

When we remove ourselves from the busyness to slow down and tune into the natural environment answers emerge.

The Oneness Life and The Environment

Seeing Life through the lens of another Culture
I find the words to name a thing

The English Language
Does not hold the imagination
Of other nations

So like a traveler
On a journey
Going to places
That helps me to understand
My life and the environment
I find myself in.

Today I looked inside myself and realize
From whence I come
I look at the place I find myself in
And wonder

I went outside
To nourish my plants
A small measure of coffee grounds
Some epsom salt for a plant that has withered
Trying to thrive

I looked at this bush and it’s roots
I went inside to get my ax
I started chopping and this bush
Which has died but still
Tries to live

I began to uncover the roots buried under ground
Each time I swung the ax
A small measure of hurt I began to release

I saw the doubt wither away
I saw the anger turn to sweat
As it appeared on my face
I wiped it away
And can continued to
Unearth the roots

The roots of my anger
The roots of my disgust
The roots of my doubt
And limiting beliefs
We’re all shattered to pieces as the lies,
Revealed themselves.

HOW TO EVOLVE YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO GOD

We are an extension of the source.

A force that aligns with!

A part of the Human Family

An unbroken chain.

Since time beginning

An invisible force

Molecules hover across ,

A vortex

Pulling intentions

In it’s wake.

Awake to your wonderous life!

Creating,

Dancing

Dreaming

Of a New World

Spinning on an invisible axis

Believe in the Magic of

Your Life.

Each day the sun rises and greet the new day,

Yesterday but a memory.

I lay awake for a moment,

Before opening my eyes.

A mood settles in me,

Like the dew on the grass.

Lifting as I become more conscious,

To reveal the cool morning crispness.

How shall I spend the day?

Empty, it is.

Except for the sensations that creep

Into my mind awakening the spirit within.

A morning spent in prayer and appreciation,

For a new day of life.

Lately, it has become difficult to face the frigid air,

My first winter in ten years.

I miss the sunshine of Florida,

The blue skies and waves washing over the beach.

I finish my prayer of appreciation,

And gratitude, vision, and peace.

I venture out into the gray morning,

My senses awash with the crisp morning air.

The wind washes over me,

Like a sheet billowing in the wind flapping between the fibers of my being.

The fresh air,

A sort of newness.

I look to the sky,

Clouds fill my vision.

Like a floating wrapping across the sky,

Keeping everything safely in place.

The winter days have left the trees bare and standing still,

In a state of calm,

I take heed and enjoy the winter of my being,

A-tuned to the nature of the day.

Allowing the cold to settle in my bones,

Strengthening my resolve amidst the cold and barren day.

Afterwards, I retreat into the warmth,

A heart filled with peace and contentment.

IE Teaches the Empowered Woman Course To Change Makers and women who do not ascribe to maintaining the status quo, who want to create a better world for children, students and all of Humanity.

She realizes she has lived in the shadow of her true self. She kept quiet because she did not want to rock the boat, be seen as an agitator, trouble maker or radical.

She knows her silence only reinforces more of the same. In 2017 the world begins to resemble the hell she fears most. She must do something lest she watch the world burn.

She searches for another way to be in the world. She has had glimpses of a greater self, evolving in the shadows, growing stronger in the dark, un-hampered by those who would destroy her spirit.

She believes in the power within to meet any resistance and transform it into something that will propel her forward on her path to the sea.

Her vast potential laying dormant, like a molecule of water that once aligns with the sea begins to crash and wash over anything in its’ wake.

Re-Imagine Feminine Leadership
Women Shape Culture

Today’s Woman wants a measure of freedom. A place that she can test her wings. It is in the classroom where she practices for her solo flight.

On the take off she organizes and instruct. Her pupils are the subjects upon which she inspires by her lead.

Students love her. They call out her. Little Emanuel wants all her attention and will do most anything.

As the cultural icon that shape human life, Woman has a tremendous responsibility.
She reads her script. Make it come alive and do a wondrous thing.

Unfortunately, most times she has her wings clipped by the looming ideas of what education should look like.

The American Educational System is designed for the white male to succeed. His curriculum sheds light on his accomplishments and his mode of learning.

Oftentimes this model does more damage to a fragile psyche of a growing child. That which was established is the 1950’s has outlived its’ usefulness.

I like the model of the Chinese Educational System. In this system, the child’s first few years of school are dedicated to students learning the skills necessary for socialization and getting along with his peers and teachers.

There is less emphasis on testing until the intermediate years.

On the other hand, The American Education System does a dis-service both to children and educators.

New teachers are sent to low performing schools. It takes at least seven to tens years to become a seasoned veteran.

While the teacher learns the students receives second to best and his needs are pushed aside.

Let’s reimagine for a moment the task before women.
We women carry the Culture in our hearts and it is Heart to heart that children learn.

We are the Culture carriers passing on the intelligence needed to reconstruct society.

The Empowered Woman’s Course is a P.A.N.A.C.E.A., a universal cure for the plight of women.

It provides a paradigm through which women can truly see.
It allows the natural feminine essence of women to shine.

We have allowed men to guide human life. Unfortunately they are ill-equipped for this work.

I propose that we women look through the lens that acknowledges the feminine aspect of life.

This is a Feminine model of leadership which will be discussed in the next post.

CREATIVE VISUALIZATION

Building a Strong Inner LIfe through Poetry & Talk, Imigination, My Internal Life, Womanist Empowerment

I was listening to a Creative Visualization video the other day.

I closed my eyes and decided to go along for the ride.

I sat back and got comfortable on my sofa.

I looked inside my mind.

The way one does when one wants to think.

I saw a glowing ember and followed it in.

It took me to a place inside myself.

The voice on the video told me to find a struggle.

This was easy because living on the edge I am always in the midst of a struggle.

I looked deeper at the issue that I am now facing and split it open to see what was really inside.

What was holding it together, and made it impossible for me to break free from.

I cut through the skin, it was the toughest.

Now I was able to peel back the legs and dissected it like a frog.

I pinned the legs and the belly back to look inside.

There was a blockage staring back at me.

It was a deep dark hole that I was scared to look in.

I started to crawl slowly because if it was inside of me making me behave a sort of way then I wanted to look at the monster and send it back to its black hole.

Why I am stuck in low-paying jobs, feel like I do not have respect?

Why at fifty-five I am not living comfortably as the calendar says I should.

I bought into this reality for me since I did not have one of my own.

I adopted it like a stepchild.

This lie staring at me had to go;

It would not bring me happiness.

I had to use my imagination to create a life I would love.

Like a little girl with the world at my fingertips.

I could have anything I want.

What did I really want?

What do I want to do with my life?

I could create a life of my dreams.

It is during a Creative Visualization session that I imagine a life of love and beauty of peace of financial freedom,

Where all my bills are paid.

I can travel and vacation and I can be at peace with whatever has happened in my life.
